Welcome to The Selah Space
This space was created as an invitation to pause.
In Scripture, Selah is a sacred pause — a moment to rest, reflect, and allow God’s wisdom to settle deeply into the heart. It is not rushed. It is not forced. It is intentional.
The Selah Space exists for women who long to care for both their bodies and their souls, but who may not always have the margin for structured studies, fixed schedules, or weekly obligations. Here, you are free to come as you are — whether that is quietly reading, reflecting during a bath or evening routine, or sharing when you feel led.
There is no pressure to participate. No expectation to keep up.
Only an open invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and meet the Lord in moments of stillness.
This is a place for fellowship — not performance.
For reflection — not perfection.
For presence — not pressure.
Take your time here.
This is your Selah moment
What You’ll Find Here
Within The Selah Space, you may find:
Monthly Scripture and Bible study reflections shared at a gentle, unrushed pace
Occasional video messages from me — and sometimes guests — to encourage deeper reflection and discussion
Written notes, prayers, and verses offered as they are placed on my heart
A space for fellowship at the bottom of each post, where conversation, questions, and shared wisdom are always welcome — never required
This space is not designed for daily consumption or constant engagement.
It exists to meet you where you are, when you arrive.
Whether you read quietly, reflect during your self-care routine, or join in conversation when you feel led — your presence here is enough.
Our Posture Toward Scripture
The Selah Space is not a place for personal interpretation, theological debate, or reshaping Scripture to fit individual narratives.
I am not a pastor, theologian, or interpreter of God’s Word — and I do not seek to place my own understanding, opinions, or beliefs above Scripture itself. The Bible is God-breathed and complete, and His words do not require softening, editing, or reinterpretation to be relevant or loving.
The studies shared here are offered as guided reading and reflection, not instruction. Our focus is simply to read Scripture as it is written, pray over it, and allow the Holy Spirit to work in each heart individually — applying God’s truth to our lives as He leads.
This space is not intended for:
Reframing Scripture to support personal or cultural narratives
Debating doctrine or theological positions
Political discussion, commentary, or alignment — even when tied to Scripture
It is intended to be:
A quiet place to encounter God’s Word
A space for prayerful reflection and learning
A gathering rooted in humility, reverence, and trust in God’s authority
Here, we honor Scripture by letting it speak for itself.
We trust that God's Word, read with humility and prayer, is enough.
Monthly Scripture & Study
Each month, a small selection of Scripture will be shared here as a guide for reflection and prayer.
These passages are chosen slowly and intentionally — not to rush through the Bible, but to sit with God’s Word, allowing it to unfold over time. There is no required schedule, pace, or expectation to “keep up.”
You may choose to read during a quiet morning, while resting in the evening, or during your self-care routine as you take your Selah moment.
This study is offered as a companion — not a commitment.
A gentle rhythm for women who desire depth without pressure
February 2026
Welcome to our first Selah Space monthly prayer and Scripture selections. I’m truly grateful to welcome each of you who have chosen to enter this space — whether quietly, reflectively, or with an open heart simply seeking rest.
As I prayed over this month’s offering, I was drawn to begin our journey with Scripture connected to the names and themes of our featured products. These verses felt like a gentle and meaningful entry point — allowing us to reflect, learn, and take our Selah moments with intention.
Below, you’ll find a small selection of Scripture along with a prayer offered for you as you move forward in this season. May these passages meet you where you are and accompany you through moments of rest, reflection, and care.
Video Reflections
From time to time, I may share a video reflection here — sometimes on my own, and sometimes joined by guests — as a way to gently explore the monthly Scripture together.
These reflections are not teachings or interpretations, but simple conversations rooted in reading, prayer, and shared reflection. They are offered as a companion to the Scripture selections, for those who feel drawn to listen and reflect more deeply.
There is no expectation to watch, respond, or engage. These videos are here as an invitation — to sit, listen, and take a Selah moment in whatever way feels right for you.
Study Requests & Shared Burdens
Many women come to Scripture carrying specific questions, seasons, and struggles — shaped by daily life as mothers, wives, grandmothers, caregivers, and quiet teachers of the next generation.
This space welcomes those realities.
You are invited to share Bible study topics you feel drawn to — areas you long to understand more deeply, Scriptures you wish to sit with, or themes that reflect the season you are walking through. These requests help guide future Selah Space studies and allow this space to remain rooted in real lives, not abstract ideas.
The heart behind this invitation is simple: to support women seeking to live faithfully where God has placed them — in their homes, families, communities, and callings. In a world that often minimizes or dismisses these roles, we honor them as meaningful, holy, and deeply valuable.
Requests may be shared quietly and without explanation. There is no obligation to speak publicly or disclose more than you feel led to. Each request is received prayerfully and held with care.
Here, you are heard — not evaluated.
Seen — not corrected.
Supported — not pressured.
If you feel led to share a study topic or prayer request privately, you are welcome to do so through our Contact page. Requests are received prayerfully and held with care.
