Selah Lee Co. was created as an offering—of care, rest, and reverence—for women navigating the beauty and challenges of adulthood.

Founded in 2026 by Laia Kurschner, Selah Lee Co. is a faith-led body and skincare brand rooted in the belief that the body is the one and only Temple the Lord has entrusted to us. Our mission is to support women in aging gracefully and beautifully, the way God intended—through intentional self-care, high-end plant-based formulations, prayer, and Scripture.

Our products are crafted in small, prayerful batches using carefully chosen botanicals and bioactive ingredients known to support skin health, nourishment, and renewal. We prioritize waterless, high-performance formulations to preserve potency, reduce waste, and honor the natural gifts God placed in creation.

This is not fast beauty.
This is faithful care.

A Personal Note from the Founder

Hi, sweet friend.
My name is Laia.

I am first and foremost a follower of Christ, a wife, and a mother to two beautiful children. Like many women, I have walked through seasons of hormonal imbalance, body changes, and feeling disconnected from the skin I was living in.

Through my own health journey—and with guidance from professionals and research—I began to understand how deeply the products we use and the things we consume can affect our bodies. I felt a responsibility not only to myself, but to my children, to do better.

So I began learning.
Reading labels.
Studying ingredients.
And eventually, creating my own.

What started as a personal necessity quickly became a passion. I fell in love with formulation, with understanding plants, and with witnessing how thoughtfully chosen ingredients could support the body rather than work against it. Sharing my creations with family and friends naturally grew into something more.

But skincare alone was never the full vision.

Why This Brand Exists

As I continued creating, my heart became increasingly focused on reaching women like me—Christian women, mothers, wives, grandmothers—women in changing seasons who are trying to care well for their bodies while also tending to their faith.

We are meant to age.
And what a spectacular blessing it is to grow older when it is not promised.

The lines on our faces tell stories of love, endurance, wisdom, and lived life. And yet, it is also very real—and very human—to look in the mirror and feel unfamiliar with the reflection staring back at us.

It is okay to want to nourish your skin.
It is okay to want to feel confident and cared for.
It is okay to desire products that support your body through change.

My personal conviction is to do this as naturally and faithfully as possible—honoring God’s design for our bodies and trusting the plants He created with intention and purpose. Like women, plants are resilient, restorative, and capable of incredible renewal after seasons of rest.

This parallel became the heart of Selah Lee Co.

More Than Products

Body care is not my only passion—and Selah Lee Co. was never meant to be just a product line.

I longed for something deeper:
Connection. Fellowship. Growth.
A way to nourish both the body and the soul.

Many women desire Bible study and fellowship but find it difficult to commit to weekly gatherings due to the realities of life—children’s schedules, work, exhaustion, and endless responsibility. I wanted to create a way to meet women where they are.

What if self-care became sacred time?
What if tending to the body also became an opportunity to meet with the Lord?
What if Scripture, rest, prayer, and beauty were woven together rather than competing for our attention?

That question changed everything.

Through Selah Lee Co., each product is paired with prayer and guided Scripture reflection—offering women an invitation to slow down, breathe, and draw closer to God in the quiet moments they already have.

Walking This Journey Together

I want to be transparent with you.

I am not a theologian.
I am not a perfect woman.
I am still learning, growing, and surrendering daily.

But I care deeply about my spiritual health—and yours.

This is why fellowship matters here. Why conversation matters. Why questions are welcomed. I am committed to seeking wise counsel, learning alongside other women, and creating space for encouragement, accountability, and growth.

As Philippians 4:13 reminds us:
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

When I don’t have answers, I trust that the Lord will guide me to them—or to those who do.
